The One Food I Will Never Eat
Plain and simple, any food I will not eat are foods that I do not like.
As a food freedom dietitian, I will tell always express how important it is to try new foods, even the ones that you never liked as a child. Your taste buds change as you get older... and now, as an adult, you may actually like broccoli? I will also encourage you to try foods out of your comfort zone as a challenge, foods from different cultures, and foods of different textures.
Why?
Trying new foods will do more than widen your horizons - it can help you eat healthier, introduce you to different cultures, and add more nutrients to your diet. Picky eaters - open yourself to the benefits that trying new foods has to offer. Trying new foods are a creative way to add more nutrition variety to your diet.

Travel Better
On-the-go a lot? Travel explorer? Business trip? If you travel to a destination that does not have your usual foods that you eat at home, you could be essentially in a pickle. Especially if traveling out of the country, the ingredients of each place traveled to are unique and most of the time, the dishes will not be the same as what is offered at home. Learn to be open to trying new foods to make traveling not only easier, but exciting as you are trying new and delicious dishes!

The easiest ways to add variety of new foods? Try one or two new recipes each week using new ingredients from all the colors of the rainbow. With so many different resources online, you’re bound to find new and exciting ways to introduce a variety of food into your weekly meal plans.
